LAILA ESPAMER

¿Qué tal?

I’m Laila!

I am a former college soccer player at Martin Methodist college. I was born in Córdoba, Argentina in 1995, and am 24 years old. I started playing soccer when I was 5 years old and have been in love with the game ever since.

Throughout the years, I have played for many clubs. I have played for Racing de Córdoba, Talleres de Córdoba, San Lorenzo de Almagro, and the U-17 Argentinian National Team. In 2016, I decided to come to the United States and pursue a professional career. I tried out for Washington Spirit but was too young at the time and decided to go to college to play, grow, and get a degree. After 3 years of playing in college, I achieved a record of 51 wins, 5 ties, and 5 losses. Each year of playing, I was the captain of the team where we were regular season champs two of the years, runner ups one year and went to Nationals each year.

I am hoping to be able to use my experience to help young players grow and shape them into the players that they wish to be.
